At CRASAC we know that there is no typical survivor which is why we treat everyone who comes to us for support as an individual.
Our helpline offers free and confidential initial support and information to anyone from the age of 5 years old who has been affected by sexual violence, no matter when or how it happened. We also provide support to parents, partners, supporters and professionals.
The helpline can also book you an appointment to see a counsellor or a crisis and advocacy worker for ongoing support, signpost you to other services if you need them and arrange for language interpreters if your first language is not English.
If you are worried that sexual abuse is happening to you, call and speak to one of the women on our confidential helpline. Nearly 1 in 3 of our callers are children and young people so we understand the sort of things you may be worried about and can talk to you about what you are feeling and how to get help.
