About this service

My psychodynamic psychotherapy practice offers a warm, reflective space where clients can explore the deeper patterns shaping their emotional lives. Rooted in curiosity, insight, and the therapeutic relationship, my approach helps individuals understand how past experiences influence present challenges, allowing for meaningful and lasting change. I work collaboratively, supporting clients in uncovering unconscious dynamics, strengthening self-awareness, and developing more flexible ways of relating to themselves and others.

I have extensive experience working with LGBTQ+ clients, creating an affirming environment that honours identity, lived experience, and the unique stressors that can arise around sexuality, gender, and community. My practice also serves neurodiverse individuals, including those with autism, ADHD, and other forms of cognitive or sensory variation. I emphasize respect for diverse ways of thinking and processing, adapting the therapeutic process to meet each client’s needs. My goal is to offer a space where all clients feel understood, empowered, and genuinely seen.

Accessing therapy with me is designed to be simple, supportive, and transparent. Prospective clients begin by reaching out through my contact page or email to request a brief consultation. This initial conversation allows us to discuss your needs, clarify what you’re hoping to explore in therapy, and determine whether my psychodynamic approach is a good fit. If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule an intake session, where we’ll begin mapping out your goals, history, and the patterns you’d like to understand more deeply.

Sessions are held either in person or online, depending on your preference and availability. I strive to make the process accessible for LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse clients by offering flexible communication options, sensory-considerate environments, and accommodations that support comfort and clarity. Fees, scheduling, and practical details are discussed openly, ensuring that you feel informed and empowered from the very beginning of your therapeutic journey.
