About this service

Hello and welcome! Is it hard sometimes to talk about what you’re going through? Why not try expressing yourself in a different way – through visuals, or words, or both? With art psychotherapy, you are free to express yourself through a scribble, an object, or words, so that you can release and examine emotions, thoughts, and experiences. No fancy materials or art experience needed. Together we can work on mental health challenges including stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, life changes, and issues with relationships, identity, self-esteem, purpose, and belonging.

I'm Patricia, an art psychotherapist in West London offering virtual and in-person sessions in English, Filipino, and French. I've worked with adults and young people from different backgrounds, cultures, and across the spectrum. My approach is focused on your strengths, trauma-informed, and mindfulness-based. I offer a warm, non-judgmental, and supportive space to heal and grow.

If you’re interested, we can have a free 20-minute introduction call (no obligation to sign up) – let’s chat and see if we’re a good fit. I’m looking forward to meeting you.

I offer virtual 50-minute sessions via a secure platform accessible on your computer or phone.

I also meet clients in-person in West London.
