We provide affordable online counselling for adults 18 years and over. Students, carers, refugees/asylum seekers, migrants, single parents, black and ethnic minority groups and those on low income.
Dealing with anxiety, depression, bereavement, domestic abuse, trauma, relationship issues and other mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
We provide free sessions for carers.
In three easy steps you can access our counselling service. Fill out the self referral form on our website. You will then be booked for a free 30 minutes assessment. After which you are matched with a suitable counsellor.
We consider the counsellor’s competence, experience, suitability, client’s preferences, including cultural and relational requirements.
Our counsellors are registered with a professional body, insured and DBS checked. They receive regular supervision.
