About this service
Reframe Coaching is a charity offering free, confidential support to anyone affected by gambling addiction or gambling-related harm—whether directly or through a loved one. We are proud members of the National Gambling Support Network (NGSN) and the College of Lived Experience Recovery Organisations (CLERO).
Our approach combines professional recovery coaching with the power of lived experience. Every Reframe coach has personally experienced gambling harms, so they truly understand the challenges and emotions involved.
We offer two tailored support themes:
Pre-Support – for those beginning to explore their (or a loved one’s) relationship with gambling.
Aftercare – for individuals who’ve completed treatment and want help navigating life beyond gambling.
At Reframe, we believe in compassionate, person-centred support. Our coaches are here to help you find clarity, regain control, and move forward—on your own terms.
