We offer tailored support to suit your needs through our approach of choice, voice and change, supporting you on your journey with dignity, rather than apology.

We do this through:

Activities and Workshops

Information, Advice and Guidance

Counselling and Coaching

Newsletter, WhatsApp Group and Facebook Page

A gambling addiction or anxiety to gamble can significantly affect your mental health in more ways than you think:

Depression and Anxiety

Low self-esteem and stress

Financial stress including unmanageable debt, borrowing from friends and family, loan sharks

Self-harm, and in some cases, bereavement by suicide

Lack of interest in taking care of yourself so your health in general suffers

Mood swings and isolation

Negative feelings due to lying and deceiving people, feelings of shame and being unable to share due to fear of being misunderstood

We know that as an affected other of someone else’s gambling that this can lead to many of the above too – we can offer you support.
