About this service
I offer online art therapy groups. The groups take place on Zoom with myself and a co-therapist. Group members can be based anywhere in the UK. The online art therapy groups have been designed to provide a space for exploring thoughts, feelings and situations using art. Using creatively to detangle and make sense of our situations. The group format allows group members to join together, reflect and feel the support from each other. As time goes on the groups' connection will deepen, allowing this to become a powerfully connected, creative, safe space.
These groups are suitable for adults who feel they would benefit from ongoing support. For example; those with long term health conditions, those with anxiety and depression, carers. Online groups are particularly suitable for those who prefer virtual therapy or struggle to find time for themselves. Therapy groups can be particularly useful for those who feel isolated or lonely. When someone is experiencing anxiety or depression, it can be incredibly reassuring to learn others have also experienced this. I hope the groups are accessible and comfortable for neurodivergent individuals. Due to the online nature, the group isn’t a good fit for those who are acutely unwell or in crisis.
