Reaching out for help is the very first step and we know it takes a great deal of courage to do this. The type of support we can offer will depend on your situation and what you want to do. Our friendly, professional team are waiting to advise you; our helpline is currently available weekdays (except Wednesdays) from 9.30am to 11.30am.
