At the Mental Health Forum, you can speak openly and anonymously about your mental health experiences. You can talk about what is going on in your life with people who know what’s it’s like to face mental health difficulties and everything that goes alongside them. Our experienced team of volunteers ensures that the Mental Health Forum is a safe place where everyone feels welcome. Offering advice and support with abuse, anxiety, BAME support, bereavement, bipolar, carer and family support, dementia, depression, eating disorder, hearing voices, LGBT+ support, neurodiversity, OCD, older people's support, panic attacks, psychosis, schizophrenia, self-harm, substance misuse, trauma, veterans support and women's support.
