Live Well Croydon is a one to one service, delivered by qualified advisers over a 12 week period.
We work with Croydon residents who need that little bit of extra support to make healthy changes in their lives.
Live Well 12 week programme - If you feel you need that extra support, our Live Well Advisers will help you to:
- lose weight
- quit smoking
- cut down on alcohol
The programme is open to Croydon residents or if you are registered with a Croydon GP. You must be:
- aged 18 and over
- ready to commit to a 12 week programme
How can I check that I am eligible for the programme?
The programme is open to Croydon residents or if you are registered with a Croydon GP. Complete the Health MOT on our website to check if you are eligible for personalised support from our trained advisers through the Live Well programme.
