Hands Together Ludlow exists to support local people living in Ludlow or the surrounding villages, who may be in need by reason of youth, old age, ill health, loneliness, dysfunctional relationships, disability or financial hardship.
Alongside this, Hands Together Ludlow helps promote co-operation between local organisations to help ensure a local 'joined-up' approach continues and is further developed.
They aim to help anyone of any age and circumstances living in or around Ludlow by:
· increasing wellbeing primarily through reducing loneliness and isolation,
· helping people remain independent and to help themselves,
· supporting the most vulnerable in our community,
· improving employment prospects and social mobility,
· facilitating local collaborative working within and across sectors.
