Solidarity in a Crisis offers peer-led support for people experiencing a mental health crisis in Lewisham. (Service is also available in Lambeth and Southwark.
Our free phone, out-of-hours, crisis helpline provides peer support over the phone for adults experiencing a mental health crisis. Our in-person, Community Team are trained to support people in a crisis short-term and provide a safe space for people to talk about the difficulties they are experiencing.
Access to our Community Team is through referral by a professional, this can include GPs, key workers, A&E, or other organisations and charities.
You must also: be 18 years of age or older live in Lewisham or need support with a mental health crisis.
