It is important that you know that I am a professionally trained counsellor. I am Accredited with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work with Adults, Young People and Children aged 13+.
In my counselling room I provide a warm, welcoming and emotionally safe environment to explore any worries, problems or issues that are causing you distress, sadness or anxiety.
Providing advice and support online/over the telephone and face to face in the following areas: anxiety, bereavement, depression, disability, loneliness, LGBTQ+ support, men's support, neurodiversity, older people's support, panic attacks, self-harm, student support, trauma and women's support.
