About this service
At SALT (Sexual Abuse Listening Therapy) South West we support adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse, and offer a small number of sessions to ‘significant others’ (partners, close friends, and supporters). We are a Plymouth based charity committed to supporting the lived experience of healing from trauma to the people of Plymouth and the surrounding areas.
Our open hours as a service are Mondays to Thursdays 9.30 – 4.30, and the helpline is generally manned on these days 10-3 We may be busy with clients at various points, so please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Any adult over 18 who has experienced childhood (before age 16) sexual abuse can self-refer into SALT via the following ways:
