About this service

We are a community based peer led support group offering a collection of support to tackle mental health, isolation, poverty and self development. We run a variety of regular groups and ad hoc events open to all and were always growing! Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm. ***PLEASE NOTE: Saturday 10am - 12pm opening is only on the 3rd Saturday of every month.***
