BAWA provides a unique and specialised service to Asian women in the London Borough of Barnet.
The organisation welcomes Asian women from all faiths and practices equality and confidentiality. BAWA empowers women and gives them opportunities to progress, by providing a range of activities like yoga, meditation, chair exercise as Pilates, luncheon clubs, tea and coffee mornings as well as advice services.
Introduced Bollywood dancing in the Borough as part of physical activity for 60 plus women who do not like to attend gyms.
We meet every Tuesday and Friday between 11am-3pm at Friary Park House, Friary Road, London N20 0NR.
