The Redbridge home treatment team (HTT) provides acute home treatment for adults aged 18 to 65 whose mental health crisis is so severe that they would otherwise have been admitted to a hospital.
This integrated service is for people with severe and complex mental and behavioural disorders such as schizophrenia, bipolar affective disorder, and severe depressive disorder. The service is usually provided in the person’s own home.
Telephone referrals only to the Acute Crisis and Assessment Team (ACAT) are received.
