About this service
We provide intensive mental health care in people's homes. We are a multi-skilled team of mental health professionals providing intensive care and support in patients homes as an alternative to acute inpatient admission.
Patients can self-refer to the Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team (CRHT) by calling 020 8702 6700. Please note: call to this number will be directed to the 24-hour Crisis Telephone Service which you can also reach by dialling 0800 151 0023. If you are a patient who needs urgent care you should contact your care co-ordinator first between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours please call the CRHT team on the number above.
