About this service

Pop in for a friendly face and a brew. We have activities, groups and drop in session throughout the week. We also offer one to one sessions and groups to support women with their mental health and wellbeing and to offer money, energy and employability advice and drug and alcohol support. We also work directly with the Probation Service in Preston to support women who have been involved in the criminal justice system. Open for prebooked appointments - Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm & Friday 9am - 4.30pm Drop In Times - Monday to Friday 10am - 3pm

  • Healthy Relationships - Build Stronger, Healthier Relationships

  • Money Advice - FREE support to help you stay warm, whilst reducing your energy bills. Available to women, families and vulnerable people across Lancashire.

  • Eyes Wide Open -  A Safe Space for DV Support

  • Energy Advice - FREE support to help you stay warm, whilst reducing your energy bills. Available to women, families and vulnerable people across Lancashire.

  • Blackpool Family Wellbeing Service - Emotional Health and Wellbeing Support to Families in Blackpool. 

  • MindFit - an empowering course designed to help you reduce stress, manage anxiety, and build a stronger, more compassionate relationship with yourself.

  • Menopause Peer Support Group - support group designed specifically for women experiencing menopause and perimenopause.

  • Coffee, Arts & Crafts - Looking for a cosy space to unwind, get creative, and enjoy a chat over a cup of coffee? Our Coffee, Arts & Crafts drop-in group is the perfect place to do just that.

  • Budgeting & Energy Packs - FREE Budgeting Support & Advice

  • Available Lancashire Wide.
