About this service

Pop in for a friendly face and a brew. We have activities, groups and drop in session throughout the week. We also offer one to one sessions and groups to support women with their mental health and wellbeing and to offer money, energy and employability advice and drug and alcohol support. We also work directly with the Probation Service in Preston to support women who have been involved in the criminal justice system. Open for prebooked appointments - Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm & Friday 9am - 4pm Drop In Times - Monday to Friday 10am - 3pm Services in Blackpool include: Let’s get Digital - Female only, Groups Hypnotic Support Group - Female only, Groups Holistic Healing Tree - Female only, Groups Blackpool Family Wellbeing Service - One to One Counselling Blackpool - Female only, One to One Healthy Relationships - Female only, Groups Mindfit - Female only, Groups Energy Advice - Lancashire Wide, One to One, Online, Outreach Money Advice - Lancashire Wide, One to One, Online Budgeting & Energy Packs - Lancashire Wide, Online
