About this service

I am a qualified integrative counsellor. Working integratively means that my approach uses different theories that include the main forces in psychology of Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamics. This means I combine different techniques and interventions to create the most effective therapy for your needs. This may include mindfulness, guided visualisations and creative counselling techniques. My aim is to empower you to help you reduce confusion and enable you to cope with challenges and make positive changes in your unhelpful or unhealthy patterns of behaviour in a safe, confidential and respectful environment, for you to be able to explore any issues, emotions within a safe therapeutic relationship to discuss, whatever is important to you at this time. Offering advice and support with: abuse, anxiety, bereavement, bipolar, depression, LGBTQ+ support, OCD, older peoples support, panic attacks, perinatal support, psychosis, self-harm, substance misuse, trauma and women's support. Registered Member MBACP number: 357289 and accredited professional with the NCPS.
