About this service
In Leeds we offer an enhanced care pathway if you are under the age of 19 when you become pregnant. The team consists of Teenage Pregnancy Midwives, Maternity Support Workers and Obstetric Consultants.
We coordinate your care, minimising the number of hospital visits and providing care as close to your home as possible, providing continuity of carer during your pregnancy and afterwards.
We offer information and emotional support personalised to your individual needs and specifically for teenage pregnancy.
