We help people who are unemployed and struggling with their wellbeing to make a positive change. We offer an inclusive and nurturing environment where people feel safe and respected where everyone is settled in with informal chats with a qualified coach.
What we do resonates with all age groups, all situations, regardless of background, shaped by the people we work with. We build relationships first and develop a deep understanding of peoples’ needs. Our intention is to support people to have fulfilled lives with meaning - to address their personal, life and wellbeing needs.
The supportive environments we create enable people to make a change, – using group workshops, mindfulness, anchoring the body, positive mindset, optimism, lifestyle choices. We offer yoga, art, singing, chocolate mindfulness, involving people in local events, city treasure hunts, visits to places of interest, mindful walks and volunteering.
