About this service

We are a community led perinatal peer support group & social enterprise. Our mission is to help local families nurture their mental & physical wellbeing, discover a more mindful approach to infant feeding, reduce isolation & thrive in their local communities. We hold weekly in-person mum & baby support groups providing mindfulness practice, peer support, signposting to local wellbeing services & access to IBCLC breast/bottle feeding advice.
