About this service

Our aim is to provide you with a professional counselling service in a safe and confidential environment, where you can talk about your concerns and worries, be listened to and most importantly not being judged or told what you have to do. Our mission is to give you the time and space to explore, understand yourself and your difficulties, and work at your pace towards your own solution. We will support you in building your self-esteem and self-confidence and empower you to be able to make informed choices and decisions that are right for you as an individual. Counselling helps you to understand your challenges and enable you to cope with life changes or simply to come to terms with your life’s events. We are a team of qualified and highly experienced counsellors and members of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. We abide by BACP’s Ethical Framework for Counselling and General Data Protection Regulations, all hold current enhanced DBS certificates and have training in safeguarding.
