The Leeds Community Mental Health Service (CMHS) provides specialist community mental health services for adults usually aged between 18 and 65, although this can vary depending on need.
Referrals into the service are either for Assessment, or Care Coordination. All referrals into the CMHS should be made through our Single Point of Access.
