The Rehabilitation and Recovery (R&R) Service is a specialist community-based rehabilitation service comprised of two mental health hospital wards (Asket Croft and Asket House) and one community team (Recovery Centre). The service provides a stepped care approach that offers flexibility to meet the individual needs of the service users and enables people to define, build and live a meaningful, independent and satisfying life.
Recovery Centre Community Service: The team works in partnership with Leeds MIND, Touchstone and Community Links and is the hub of the R&R service that provides care coordination through the R&R pathway and supports the transition and reintegration of service users into the community.
