Mental Health Swims is a community that welcomes and empowers everyone – people of all body shapes, skin colours, ages, backgrounds, genders, sexualities and abilities to enjoy the healing power of cold water and community.
All our swims are listed on our Swim Map page – more swims are being added each week so please check back regularly if there is not one currently showing near you. For each location you will find an Instagram Account (and sometimes a Facebook Group or Page) as well as a link to our booking system to grab a space at one of our swims. If you have any other queries, our [email protected] inbox is manned Monday - Thursday 9am to 5pm.
**All our hosts are volunteers and may sometimes take a break from hosting their swims and day/time of swims can also change - please check a Swim Host's social media or More Human events page to ensure you have the latest information before attending a swim meet.**
