The Foundation's TeamWork project aims to bring Villa fans and the wider community together to help improve their mental and physical health.
The country as a whole faces the biggest health crisis of recent times, the TeamWork project will support mental health and wellbeing by working alongside local and national stakeholders, supporting people digitally, remotely and in person.
The TeamWork project will facilitate PA activities and challenges alongside existing fan-led initiatives to encourage activity and wellbeing activities.
The programme includes virtual meet-ups, encourage communication, digital campaign activities and share resources to offer support and information on current topics and issues, which may have a negative impact on our wellbeing during these challenging times.
