About this service

TeamWork Football uses sport to offer anybody with mental illness or struggles the opportunity to improve their wellbeing. Engaging with young adults aged 18-35, Aston Villa Foundation coaches provide weekly sessions and workshops for people of any footballing ability.

TeamWork Fitness Football and TeamWork Football takes place at Aston Villa Inner City Academy and are free of cost.
