Life is a journey that can take us on many twist and turns. Our life experiences can at times leave us feeling troubled and isolated. I understand it can be hard to understand the reason behind the pain we are feeling. We may struggle when trying to find some meaning and purpose to what we are going through. In our counselling sessions I offer a safe and confidential space to help you explore, understand and resolve difficult emotions.
This is not an exhaustive list but I have worked with clients in various settings including bereavement, trauma and adult mental health including: loss, bereavement, child bereavement, still born loss, miscarriage, health related problems, Spirituality, self-esteem, hearing voices, complex trauma, OCD, anxiety, life changing/life threatening health diagnosis, pain management and living with chronic pain, relationship problems, family dynamics.
I am happy to work with young adults, adults and older adults. I can offer counselling in English, Urdu and Punjabi.
