Maidstone Safe Haven offer out-of-hours mental health support to anyone aged 18+ in the Kent area.
Calls and emails will be answered by staff during Haven opening hours. You may call and leave a message at any other time of day, and these will be picked up and responded to as soon as possible during opening hours.
People using the service will also be supported by our 24/7 helpline, which offers access to emotional support and information when the service is closed.
Anyone aged 18 and over can access the haven; you do not need a formal referral.
