Harness Coaching CIC

Proactive, supportive coaching sessions to harness your inner power and find the right pathway for positive change. We can help anyone who is feeling stressed, anxious or depressed for a variety of reasons. All sessions are ground based (non riding) using evidence based interventions with our beautiful herd of horses who provide instant, non-judgemental feedback to help you make changes and form positive habits ​ We promote action based coaching rather than talking based therapy as its easier to engage with and you will have a clear path to follow, no longer feeling lost ​​ We are practical in helping you build your strengths and self-confidence, harnessing the emotional and psychological benefits of working therapeutically in partnership with horses ​ We can support individuals, small groups and family units. We also run SEN Students Coaching sessions - 1.5 hrs that can be linked to make a 1/2 and full days. Locations We Cover: Staffordshire, North and South Staffs and many surrounding areas like Lichfield, Tamworth, South Derbyshire, Burton and Swadlincote.
