Growing Minds is a service that aims to improve African, Caribbean and mixed heritage children and young people’s emotional health and wellbeing in City & Hackney, during the important transition years from primary to secondary school and adolescence to adulthood.
We can help people aged 16 and over (including the parents of younger children) who are registered with a GP in City and Hackney.
Individuals over 16 and families can refer themselves by booking an appointment at their GP practice.
Professionals can also refer children and families by completing the referral form or signposting them to their GP.
