Small, free, confidential support groups for young women with mental health concerns. Offering a safe place for you to come and talk, listen or just be. Wednesdays support group is for young women aged 18-25 and is held at CN4C 7-9 High Cross Street, St Austell, PL25 4AB, fortnightly, at the new time of 6.30pm - 8.00pm.
