Zebs is a drop-in youth hub in Truro, where young people can be young.
It’s all about giving everyone who comes along the chance to try out new stuff, chat with different people, make friends and get support – with a dedicated and clued up youth work team always on hand.
We run a drop-in hub every Wednesday from 3:30pm - 5:30pm aimed at 11-25 year olds. This is for 1:1 appointments of usually 30 minute slots for those struggling with low intensity mental health issues. We offer single session interventions, information and guidance and can support with referrals if needed.
We also have a well-being group every Friday from 3:30pm - 5:30pm, this is aimed at 16-25 year olds and is a social space where we offer food, drinks, board games/activities and occasionally other services use the space to offer support.
