About this service
The Crib works to build a better future for homeless families living in Oldham, Darnhill and Heywood in Greater Manchester. We take a step-by-step approach to reducing the impact of poverty on health. We do this by providing health and wellbeing resources for young families in crisis who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
We can support individuals if they are pregnant or a family with at least one child in nappies. We meet families' needs for practical support and can then offer further holistic support, such as therapy, antenatal sessions and health literacy sessions, tailored to the family. Individuals and families can access this service once referred in by a health professional or organisation.
The Crib has two hubs; The Crib @ John Street, Oldham, OL8 1DF
The Crib @ Adelaide Street, Heywood OL10 4HF (Darnhill, Heywood)
