We are a Community Interest Company providing therapeutic peer support services with a multi-disciplinary approach to adults diagnosed or self-identifying with the symptoms of Complex PTSD (Post-traumatic Stress Disorder).
Our Survivors Hub Project is dedicated to the provision of peer led therapeutic programs for adults who have experienced prolonged, repeated exposure to abuse in childhood.
Founded by survivors, our grant-funded services are peer led, and mainly serving the Bedford Borough and Bedfordshire-wide community.
We are committed to reaching a UK-wide client base and currently developing services with a broader reach.
Our NEW UK-wide online therapeutic program for Complex PTSD is now accepting registrations.
Moon Shadow is a therapeutic peer-led online program aimed at women aged 18+ living in the UK looking to improve their mental health and connect with a supportive community through guided activities and resources. Two experienced facilitators bring a multi-disciplinary approach combining psychoeducation on the neurobiology of trauma and shamanic practices that can support Complex PTSD recovery.
Eligibility criteria:
- You will have experienced difficulties in your childhood and abuse or exploitation as a young person or adult which has adversely affected you in the long term.
- You will self-identify with symptoms of Complex PTSD or have received the diagnosis.
The fortnightly sessions will run on Thursday evenings, from 6pm to 8pm, from February 20th 2025 to May 1st 2025 on the following dates.
20th February 2025, 6th March 2025, 20th March 2025, 3rd April 2025, 17th April 2025 & 1st May 2025
