About this service
Cambridge Acorn Project offers therapeutic services to children (aged 5 and above) and families, who have experienced trauma and face financial hardship, giving them the chance to talk about anything which may be troubling, or worrying. Our gentle and empathic sessions respond to each individual’s unique circumstances.
We undertake a holistic child and family-centred assessment to understand individual experiences and need. This ensures that our provision responds to individual need and prioritises children and families’ voices.
