About this service

As with most good things in life, becoming a father can create challenges. If you’re a Bromley dad who could do with some company or support, our Dad group is for you. Our free Being Dad group helps men learn more about looking after themselves, managing the changes and challenges of parenthood and supporting their partner. The sessions also offer an opportunity to meet other dads. Being Dad groups are free for men who live in Greenwich and: Are expectant dads. Are new dads with a child under two years old. Are male caregivers such as a grandparent of young children up to the age of two. Stay-at-home, working, adoptive and foster dads and step-fathers are all welcome. Location: Avocado & Coffee, Greenwich Day/Time: Saturdays 10.30-11.30am Dates: 21st January – 11th February 2025 Being Dad online Location: Online via Zoom Day/Time: Tuesdays 8.00-9.00pm Dates: 21st January – 11th February 2025 **NB: As this is a Lewisham and Greenwich funded service, priority is given to Lewisham and Greenwich residents, but dads from Bromley are welcome too if space is available.**
