The Cellar Trust is a registered mental health charity that supports people with their mental health, across the Bradford district, Craven, and surrounding areas.
Psychological therapies are talking therapies that are intended to help you become emotionally, psychologically and mentally well. By talking, you will gain an understanding of your choices and feel supported to work towards your goals. Helping you to process what you do and why you do it, break cycles of behaviour that are no longer helpful to you, and live your life in ways that feel more empowering for you. Mutual respect and confidentiality are essential as well as your need to feel listened to and not judged. If it’s important to you, no matter if the issue is small or big, we want to support you.

Trust Therapies operates from both Central Hall (Alice Street, Keighley) and Farfield Road (Shipley).
**Due to ongoing renovations of our Farfield Road office, please note that the Shipley team are temporarily operating instead from Unit 12 of Park View Court (St. Paul’s Road, Shipley).**
Opening times differ based on where counselling take place.
Our Shipley centre is open:
Mon: 9 – 5pm
Tuesday: 9 – 8pm
Wednesday: 9 – 8pm
Thursday: 9 – 5pm
Friday: 9 – 5pm
Our Keighley centre is open:
Mon: 9 – 5pm
Tuesday: 9 – 5pm
Wednesday: 9 – 5pm
Thursday: 9 – 5pm
Friday: 9 – 5pm
Saturday: 9 – 1pm
