About this service
We act as the single point of access for all referrals into mental health services.
We screen and triage referrals throughout the day.
Once we have received your referral, we can:
Direct your referral to the relevant service
Provide a comprehensive mental health assessment
Provide short-term follow-up interventions.
We aim to see you within 14 days of receiving your referrals. If your referral is urgent, please contact the team on 0161 716 1080 to discuss your situation with our duty worker, as we may be able to offer an appointment quicker than this.
Opening hours:
8am to 9pm, seven days a week.
