Advice and GuidanceHousing and Homelessness
The Pathways Norwich service was established in 2018 against a backdrop of increasing numbers of people sleeping rough in the city of Norwich. Seven local organisations came together to pool their resources, knowledge and experience in order to provide both immediate and long term solutions to the rough sleeping crisis.
A multi-disciplinary team was established in order to support individuals who faced rough sleeping and may experience multiple disadvantages and barriers to accessing support and housing.
The team is able to work with and support people from the point of sleeping rough, all the way through to supporting them to maintain their own home and therefore prevent further incidents of homelessness and rough sleeping. The support covers a wide range of areas of expertise to ensure physical and mental wellbeing.
