About this service
We support people over 65 who have a range of mental health issues, when they have reached crisis point. We provide treatment and close support in your own home on a short term basis, with the aim of avoiding admitting you to hospital.
We also provide early follow-up and close support if you have recently been discharged from one of Oldham’s older people wards.
You can be referred to us by any mental health professional. We can also take referrals from non mental health services if you are already accessing a mental health service.
