About this service

My name is Jessica, and I am a qualified Level Four Integrative Psychotherapist. I offer both face-to-face and remote sessions to accommodate my clients' needs. My approach is primarily person-centred, while also integrating various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and Gestalt therapy.

I specialise in working with clients with ADHD and those who are neurodiverse. My practice is non-judgmental and client-led, empowering individuals to become the experts of their own lives and supporting them in reaching their full potential. I approach all counseling sessions with transparency and honesty.

I emphasize the importance of a modern approach to therapy in my practice. In addition to traditional methods, I am trained in walk-and-talk therapy, as well as providing support via online platforms, phone, and email. Given the busyness of modern life, I understand that traveling to a therapist can be challenging; however, this should not hinder access to support.

Online therapy can be incredibly beneficial for clients, allowing me to reach a broader audience across the UK.

Through my experience with neurodiverse clients, I have discovered that engaging in open dialogue in a traditional setting may not always be comfortable. Therefore, walk-and-talk therapy offers an excellent alternative, allowing us to explore therapeutic conversations in more accommodating environments. For example, we might use the inspiration of an art gallery's artwork or take a stroll along the seafront, or in any location that suits the client's comfort.

My practice aims to create an environment where clients feel supported, safe, and at ease. To facilitate this, I offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation via video link, allowing potential clients to meet me before committing to sessions. This introductory meeting provides an opportunity to assess whether I am the right fit for your needs and to determine if your specific concerns align with my expertise and training.
