About this service

Our crisis prevention houses offer short-term support to people in crisis living in Barnet, Enfield and Haringey. If you feel that you would benefit from staying at the Crisis Prevention House, and you are already receiving mental health care, e.g. through a Community Team or Crisis Team, you can ring our dedicated self-referral telephone number, 020 8702 4515 to see whether you are eligible for a stay, or you can ask your local mental health key worker to refer you to the Crisis Prevention House Team. Access to the crisis prevention houses are given to people who live in Barnet, Enfield and Haringey who have been referred through the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team. We are open 24 hours, 7 days a week, 52 weeks of the year. Phone number: 020 8213 7410 / 7560 Dedicated self-referral telephone: 020 8702 4515 8.00am to 8.00pm, Monday to Sunday. Age range treated: 18+
