About this service

Grief is a natural process, but we know it can be devastating. Cruse is a national charity providing advice, information and support. Our specialist bereavement experts have experience in all types of loss and can offer support however and whenever the death occurred.

We have over 75 local branches delivering services locally across England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Each of our branches offers a unique mix of support services that is tailored to their local area. We provide confidential support and information to bereaved people, free of charge. We are committed to breaking down stigmas around grief and ensuring that everyone can access the best possible support following a bereavement.

If you are a client wishing to make a self referral you can telephone 03000 113 300 option 3 and leave your details. Please note current waiting times for support are around three months and support is offered over the telephone or Zoom.

Cruse do not accept third party referrals. This mail box is checked during office hours only.
