The Croydon Home Treatment Team provides a short-term community-based treatment and care package aimed at facilitating recovery at home for people in crisis, who would otherwise require inpatient care.
We provide care for people between 18-65 years old, who live in the London Borough of Croydon.
Our service brings together different health and social care staff, working closely with service users, their family/carers, GPs and other agencies, as required.
