Provision of physical, social and psychological care and treatment to patients in the community. Who is this service for? This service is for adults aged 18-75 who live in Sutton and those diagnosed with enduring mental illnesses, depression and anxiety. Referrals and access: Patients cannot refer themselves to us, rather through the SPA, MHSL, inpatient wards and Psychiatric liaison services as well as the mental health community teams.
