About this service

We meet people where they are. We aren’t a crisis service but believe peer support is an accessible way to connect with others while improving our mental health. Launched in 2023 with initial funding from ForHousing and Gligan Fitness and now by the National Lottery, we provide a safe and welcoming space to connect at Eccles Gateway. No referral needed. Just show up or contact us for an introductory chat! This men's group runs every Friday from 1pm to 3pm at Eccles Gateway, Eccles. All of our groups are free and refreshments are provided!
