My Life is a mental health and wellbeing charity, with particular focus on those who are - or have been - in contact with the criminal justice system.
We deliver our flagship project, Unlock My Life, in more than 30 prisons across England and Scotland; educating those in prison on how they can benefit from greater awareness of their mental health, and that of others. Our unique peer-to-peer Mental Health Ambassador network strengthens this understanding, while offering support to those in need.
We work with ex-offenders across the country and offer volunteering opportunities when available. If you'd like to find out more, please get in touch!
