Community Connections provide support for people to lead a fulfilling life through a combination of outreach support, creative group learning, sports, well-being activities and social events.
Our unique team is made up of highly-trained support workers, art and music tutors, sports coaches, well-being experts, communication specialists and a nutritionist. Whether it’s making new friends, finding a career, getting fit or living in your own home, Generate has something to offer.
Generate offer a range of activities for young people with a learning disability, aimed at increasing skills, confidence and self-esteem.
